Screenshot to calendar for Windows: add events from your screen in seconds

Short answer: Yotei is a Windows app that turns an event on your screen into a calendar entry. Press a shortcut, drag a box around the event, check the details and confirm. It adds the event to Outlook, Microsoft 365, Windows Calendar, Google Calendar, iCloud and other calendar apps. There is also a Mac version.

How it works on Windows

  1. Select. Press the shortcut anywhere and drag a box around the event.
  2. Check. Yotei reads the title, date, time and place. Fix anything that is wrong.
  3. Add. One click puts it in your calendar. Edit it later in Yotei and the entry stays in sync, without duplicates.
