Turn a screenshot into a Google Calendar event
Yotei is a Windows and macOS app that reads event details from your screen and turns them into a Google Calendar entry. You always review and confirm before it is saved.
How it works
- Select the event on your screen. Drag over an email, chat, PDF, invitation or web page that contains a date, time and place.
- Review the details. Yotei fills in the title, date, time and location. Correct anything that looks off.
- Confirm. The event is added to your Google Calendar.
Why use Yotei instead of typing it in
- Works on any content you can see on screen, not just email.
- Nothing is saved until you confirm, so a misread date never lands in your calendar.
- Also works with Outlook, iCloud and other calendar apps.
- Made by KD Digital, a Dutch company, with GDPR-conscious handling of your data.
